Desert West Auction Co. is owned & operated by Bob & Jane Coogan. We specialize in on-line internet sales with an in-house live gallery auction format. We sell estate, liquidation & consignment. Our Auction Gallery is located in the big Red Barn at 3870 N. Hwy 35, in beautiful Mimbres Valley with auctions monthly. Our no smoking facility has seating, food service, & catalogs available the day of the auctions.
Saturday & Sunday sale time will start at 9:30am with a preview from 8am-9:30am. "Early Bird Preview" is available the Friday prior to every auction between 10am-3pm. You can preview our catalog 1-2 weeks prior to the auction on our web site under the heading Catalog at our home page.
There is a 10% Buyers Premium on all items purchased for those that attend the auction in person at the Big Red Barn. Always a plus for coming in person. If you are purchasing through the Live Auction format on Live Auctioneers.com there is a 15% Buyers Premium. If you place absentee bids or call in bids there is a 15% buyers premium. Sales Tax will be charged to all bidders at the auction barn, or to shipping locations in New Mexico, unless you have a NTTC on file at our office. All merchandise is sold as is to the highest bidder and must be paid for the day of the auction and removed from the premises the day of the auction unless other arrangements have been made.
You may place absentee bids through e-mail, telephone, US mail or when you attend the preview. In order for your absentee bids to be finalized, you must be pre-approved with credit card information on file. This includes your address, telephone, and e-mail address; accompanied with credit card info. We do not take credit card numbers by e-mail. You will have to call in your card number.
Go to liveauctioneers.com to register for on-line bidding. The registration with liveauctioneers.com is a simple process and only takes a few minutes to complete. This will enable you to bid on-line from your home or business the day of the auction. If you can't be with us in person we invite you to enjoy the on-line bidding process.
